To-Do Lists → Synced
Sign in to sync lists across devices and share with other users, every change shows up for everyone as it happens.
Letters, numbers and underscores. This is what people type to share a list with you.
What happens to your lists:
Privacy.
Making an account accepts the
terms.
A checklist you can shape however you like. To get started:
Tags, deadlines, timers, templates and the rest are in the guide: cog, then Guide.
Paste a list from ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, your notes, an email — anything with bullet points. Headings and indented bullets become sections.
Everything below is your list as plain text. Copy it, then use Paste a list on the other list to add it there. Sections, notes, ticks and deadlines all come across; reminders and timers do not.
A list you reuse: the weekly shop, packing for a trip, etc. Deadlines, timers and completed status are not saved.
Your username is how other people share a list with you, and everyone on a shared list can see it. Your email address is how you sign in and how a forgotten password is recovered; nobody else is ever shown it. Changing your password here takes effect at once.
Deleting your account removes it and the lists you own, for everyone they are shared with. It cannot be undone.
It opens like any other app: its own icon, full screen, and it still works with no signal. On an iPhone it is also the only way reminders can reach you.
Ticked tasks gather under “Done” at the end of their section. Off, they stay where they are.
When locked, everyone on this list sees your look but only you can change it.
Sections side by side on a wide screen. Just this device — phones always show one column.
Used the next time you add Co-Do to your home screen — phones never update an icon that’s already installed.
With no logo, the title shows in a display font. Inverting flips a logo’s colours for the theme it would otherwise disappear against — switch theme to set it for the other one.
